Inspired by the compassionate mission of the Diocese of Palayamkottai and under the guidance of the Bishop, the Academy strives to transform the lives of poor students by providing them with the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to secure respectable positions in society, especially in government and civil services.
Our ultimate vision is to nurture a generation of young leaders who are intellectually strong, morally upright, and socially committed – individuals who not only build successful careers but also work for the upliftment of the marginalized and contribute to the nation’s progress.

1. Focused Civil Service & Competitive Exam Coaching
- Offering structured coaching programs for civil service and other government examinations.
- Providing expert mentorship, updated study materials, and regular assessments to ensure academic excellence.
2. Job-Oriented Skill Development
